BIRDIE DEATH NOTES
Birds tag got caught in the door hinge, bird broke own leg to get it free from the gate, this caused the gate to open and the bleeding bird to fly out of the gate. By the time the owner arrived home the bird had died of blood-loss.
1. Don’t use old wire cages.
2. Ensure the banding ring is secure and not too loose on your bird.
3. Don’t leave your bird alone for too long.

Choose your bird toys carefully, not only for the quality but also for the functionality and safety offered by the toy. In short think like a bird when you buy for your bird.
